Syabass99 targets completion of KYC review within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing information.
Note: KYC is a regulatory requirement. Failure to complete verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request being placed may result in the withdrawal being cancelled and the request requeued once verification is complete.

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit with no currency conversion applied.
The minimum deposit amount is RM50. There is no maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts. Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallet methods and within one to three business hours for FPX bank transfers. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on Syabass99 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and this Agreement, the specific offer's terms shall prevail with respect to that particular promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a x15 wagering requirement obliges the player to place a total of RM1,500 in eligible wagers before a withdrawal can be requested. Standard slot titles contribute 100% towards rollover. Table games (including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette) contribute between 10% and 20% unless otherwise specified.
While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum single-bet restriction applies. Standard cap is RM20 per spin or bet. Placing bets in excess of this cap while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
All bonus offers carry an expiry window, which will be stated in the specific offer terms. Standard windows are 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of claim. If the wagering requirement is not met within this window, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may face permanent suspension.

All bets placed on Syabass99 are final once confirmed. Players accept that live odds and pre-match lines are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.
A bet may be declared void under the following circumstances: event cancellation, match postponement without rescheduling within a stipulated period, technical error resulting in incorrect odds publication, or any other situation where settlement cannot be determined. Void bets will have the stake returned to the player's account balance.
